Dr. Chitralekha Singh is a multiple personality known as Indian artist who was born in 1945 in the city of Agra. She obtained a Ph.D in Art History, and she is the first woman D.litt. ( Painting ) in the world. Dr.Singh’s artistic style is heavily influenced b Indian mythology and culture she often incorporates elements from these source into her works.
Dr. Singh has exhibition her works both in India and abroad, and has received who’s who or Professional & Businesswomen. Carolina ( USA), (1998) and accolades for her artistic contributions. She has also written 52 books on Indian art and culture is a prominent figure in the Indian art community. She was research guide of four Universities and has the privilege of 90 ph.D and 215 M. Phil awardees under her expert guidance. The motto of her life is ‘Vasuddhaiva Kutumbakam’
