Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any item, return it within 15 days of receipt for a free replacement or return; simply contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or Email at the contact details given below. Please pack the shipments carefully to avoid damage during transit and follow the instructions provided by our representative.
Return Conditions
- Returns/exchange requests must be made within 15 days of the product delivery.
- All returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of receiving a damaged/defective product, notify the company within 24 hours of receipt. We may request a snapshot at care@artistchitralekhapaints.com.
- If you self-ship the products, dispatch them within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
- Items that do not meet the above conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense and no reimbursement will be made.
- Ensure secure packing of returned items to avoid damage during transit. Use a reliable courier for self-shipped returns.
- For orders where reverse pickup isn’t available, self-ship items to artistchitralekhapaints.com. Rs. 100 will be reimbursed as a coupon after a quality check.
- Customized products, including wallpapers, are non-returnable.
